The Challenge
TodayTix faced challenges related to the absence of a centralized hub for users to manage and track their ticket purchases, resulting in increased support queries. The goal was to create a seamless ticket management experience by reducing user confusion, addressing post-show rating gaps, and minimizing queries related to ticket delivery and validity.
The Solution
The My Orders feature was strategically integrated into the tab bar for easy access, removing the need for navigation. To elevate the user experience, the design was made less systematic, incorporating branding moments. Ticket status progress tags were introduced, allowing users to track orders efficiently without additional taps, reducing support queries and enhancing overall user control.
Results
The implementation of My Orders significantly improved user engagement and control over ticket orders. The strategic tab bar integration and intuitive ticket status progress tags streamlined the post-purchase experience, resulting in reduced support queries. This centralized hub not only addressed existing challenges but also laid the foundation for further enhancements, setting the stage for a more user-friendly and efficient ticketing ecosystem on TodayTix.
