The Challenge
Engineers faced difficulties overseeing internal verifications and troubleshooting user issues, requiring a tool for streamlined processes without manual coding interventions. The project aimed to build an intranet that scaled across functions.
The Solution
A web app, based on next.js, addressed scalability and supported localization. With a focus on user-friendly design, the tool aimed to empower Moneda employees, streamlining processes for efficient search, use, and troubleshooting.
Results
The Moneda internal tool sought to transform internal workflows, providing a platform for verifications and issue resolutions, enhancing employee productivity and support capabilities. Additionally what I learned was the ability to guide a designer with an iterative approach, the project was able to teach valuable lessons in problem-solving within ambiguous contexts and fostering clarity in unclearly defined problems for the designer I worked with.
